International Shipping
All international orders are shipped from our production facilities in China and Pakistan. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, tracking details will be provided accordingly.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance processes, and local carrier operations.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All customers are responsible for any applicable:

These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Luxury Leaf does not control and cannot predict customs charges, as these are determined by the destination country’s import regulations.
Compliance With Local Laws
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that hemp-based products comply with the import regulations, labeling requirements, and textile laws of their respective country.

Other applicable national trade and customs authorities
Luxury Leaf is not liable for delays, seizures, additional inspections, or rejections caused by local customs authorities.
Documentation
We provide standard export documentation, including:
Commercial invoice
Packing list
Bill of lading or airway bill (if applicable)
Additional documentation requirements must be requested prior to shipment.
Important Notes
Customers must verify that hemp textile imports are permitted in their country before placing an order.
Any customs clearance issues must be handled directly by the buyer or their customs broker.
Refused shipments due to unpaid duties or regulatory issues will not be refunded.
Production will proceed according to confirmed specifications once payment terms are met.
Shipping Origin
All bulk and wholesale shipments are exported from China and Pakistan. Transit times and customs processing may vary depending on destination country and shipping method selected.
